3. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date
- Prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable
- We reserve the right to adjust prices due to material cost changes
- Final price may vary based on site survey and specific requirements
4. Orders and Payment
Order Process:
- Initial consultation (free)
- Site survey and measurement
- Design proposal and quote
- Order confirmation and deposit (30%)
- Manufacturing/delivery (4-8 weeks)
- Installation (if included)
- Final payment and handover
Payment Terms:
- Deposit: 30% upon order confirmation
- Progress Payment: 40% before delivery (if applicable)
- Final Payment: 30% due upon completion/installation

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Before Work Commences:
- You may cancel within 14 days of order confirmation for a full refund
- Cancellation must be in writing (email acceptable)
After Work Commences:
- Cancellation fees may apply for work completed
- Custom-made items (e.g., bespoke kitchen units) are non-refundable once manufacturing has begun
6. Warranties and Guarantees
Product Warranty:
- Kitchen units: 5 years
- Worktops: 5 years
- Appliances: Manufacturer warranty (varies by brand)
Workmanship Guarantee:
- Installation work: 5 years
- We will rectify any defects caused by our workmanship at no cost
Warranty Exclusions:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or neglect
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
7. Delivery and Installation
Delivery:
- Estimated delivery: 4-8 weeks from order confirmation
- We will notify you of delivery date in advance
- You must be present to accept delivery
Installation:
- Installation timeframe: 2-5 days (varies by project)
- We require clear access to the work area
- Additional work (plumbing, electrical) may require separate contractors
Delays:
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Force majeure events
- Customer-requested changes
- Unforeseen site conditions
- Supplier delays beyond our control
8. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information for quotes and designs
- Ensure clear access to the work area
- Make timely decisions on design choices
- Make payments according to agreed schedule
- Notify us promptly of any issues or concerns
9. Intellectual Property
- All designs, drawings, and plans remain our property
- You may use designs only for the agreed project
- You may not reproduce or distribute our designs without permission
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the contract value
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud
